Walsall manager Jimmy Mullen is expecting to have more new recruits on board for the Saddlers before the new campaign begins.Mullen is on the look-out for another striker to join Jabo Ibehre, Dwayne Mattis, Stephan Roberts and Sofiane Zaabaub, who all signed earlier this month on free transfers.

"I still think we need a midfield player and I still think we need a striker. They are certainly two positions I think we need to work on," Mullen told the Express & Star.

"I am speaking to someone regarding the striking position. I will be speaking to someone in the next few days regarding the midfield position.

"On top of the trialists there could be two or three more signings."
