Swansea manager Roberto Martinez will be without Angel Rangel and Jason Scotland for Friday's friendly encounter with Espanyol. The Swans will be taking on the La Liga outfit in the first game of their Spanish tour but last season's top scorer Scotland is struggling with a groin injury while Rangel is suffering from a hernia problem.
Martinez remains optimistic the pair will be fit in time to return against Dutch outfit ADO Den Haag but concedes they may not be ready to return until Kristian O'Leary's testimonial on August 2.
"Jason and Angel are both between 70 and 80 per cent fit now," Martinez told the Swansea Evening Post.
"They have a chance of playing on Monday night, but it will probably be either Den Haag or West Brom before they are involved."
