Championship - Reading charged after Swansea fracas

Eurosport - Mon, 24 Aug 13:06:00 2009

Reading have been charged with failing to control their players after an incident in the goalless draw at Swansea.

Hal Robson-Kanu - 0

Winger Hal Robson-Kanu (pictured) fouled Swansea counterpart Nathan Dyer, and the ball was then kicked at Robson-Kanu's head as he lay on the floor.

That triggered a coming together of a number of players from both sides and the Football Association has charged the Royals.

The club has until September 8 to respond to the charge.
