The Wiechers-Sport team will return to the World Touring Car Championship at Monza after missing the meeting at Imola.

The German outfit will run two cars for new drivers Takayuki Aoki and Kristian Poulsen.

Aoki, from Japan, will replace Olivier Tielemans until the end of the season in the first BMW 320si. He will therefore feature at meetings in Okayama and Macau.

The second car will be driven in Monza by Dane Poulsen, who previously competed this season in Estoril, Brands Hatch and Oschersleben with his own team.

Poulsen will be at the wheel of the car driven by Duncan Huisman in Oschersleben.
