Billy Davies is proud of Nottingham Forest's unbeaten away record - but the Reds boss insists his players are still learning about what it takes to flourish in the Championship.
Forest have yet to lose in nine league matches on the road this season and are unbeaten in their last nine games overall after coming from behind to draw 1-1 at Middlesbrough at the weekend.
Davies said: "We are all obviously very proud of our away record but these are still young players, they do not know how to handle certain things. You have to have a word with them sometimes because this is still an education for some of these players.
"This team is still raw, it will still make errors. We have to work on them on the training ground and in matches to make sure that they continue to learn and that they do continue to improve.
"It is remarkable what we have done so far this season with the squad we have but there is still plenty of room for improvement."
