Dan Martin is a major doubt for lowly Mansfield's match with high-flying Peterborough on Boxing Day.The full-back broke down in training last week with a hamstring problem and has missed the last two matches - the defeats at Grimsby and Chesterfield.

Midfielder Lee Bell (knee) is still some way from being fit and is currently receiving post-operative treatment and he will be out until the new year.

The Stags are without a league win in five matches, since the 5-0 thrashing of Macclesfield in early November.
