Sheffield Wednesday boss Brian Laws has revealed that midfielder Burton O'Brien will return to the squad for the trip to Wolves on Tuesday.The 26-year-old produced a fine performance in the derby win over Sheffield United but was replaced by Wade Small for the FA Cup third-round replay defeat to Derby due to a thigh injury.

Despite being happy to give Small a run-out after a spell on the sidelines injured, Laws insisted O'Brien would have played had it not been for the injury.

"Everybody played well in the derby. But Bobo had heavy bruising in his thigh and wasn't fit for the cup tie," Laws told the Sheffield Star.

"He should be okay for the game at Wolves on Tuesday, and it's good to have Wade back to add to our options."
