Charlton have completed the permanent signing of Andy Gray from Burnley.
The deal will see the Addicks pay an initial £1.5 million for the 30-year-old striker, with the possibility of a further £500,000 depending on the club's promotion bid.
Gray has put pen to paper on a deal that will keep him at the club until 2011.
The 11-goal forward initially signed on an emergency loan last Friday and featured as a substitute in the 1-1 draw away at Watford.
