Swansea City scored the day's biggest upset when they knocked holders Portsmouth out of the FA Cup with a deserved 2-0 fourth-round win at Fratton Park.
Portsmouth, who beat Cardiff City in the Cup final in May, had no answers against another Welsh side, Championship Swansea winning with goals from Nathan Dyer and a penalty from Jason Scotland.
Dyer, on loan from Pompey's arch-rivals Southampton, opened the scoring after 26 minutes when he chested down and shot past David James in one sweet movement.
Swansea doubled their lead just before the interval when Nadir Belhadj fouled Jordi Gomez and Scotland scored from the penalty spot.
Peter Crouch hit the woodwork in the second half and Jermaine Pennant made his debut for Pompey, but Tony Adams's side were well beaten.

no chance son, Arsenal are on an unbeaten run of 9 games and are nowhere near as clueless as portsmouth at the moment, get a grip
it will be close but Arsenal will gring out a win 2-0
FORGET ABOUT SWANSEA! THERE IS ONLY MAN IN THAT TEAM TO ALWAYS WATCH, AND THATS SCOTLAND ( OUTSTANDING PLAYER ) AS IT GOES FOR POMPEY, GIVE THEM A CHANCE WITH THE CHANGE OVER AND THEY WILL BOUNCE BACK. AS FAR AS SPURS ARE CONCERNED SEE YOU IN THE CHAMIONSHIP NEXT SEASON. HARRY LEFT A GOOD TEAM WHICH HE BUILT FOR WHAT? (M0NEY) IF HE AINT GOT ENOUGH. HE FAILED AT LIVERPOOL AND WILL FAIL AT SPURS.
WATCH ANOTHER SHOCKER TOMOROW THE MIGHTY GUNNERS FALL AT THE FAMOUS NINIAN PARK.
COME ON THE CITY.
ROCK AND ROLL - Whats with the 'phoney cockney accent' jibe? If you can't tell the difference between a Cockney , London, and Pompey accent then you're obviously not a real Londoner. What have accents got to do with football anyway you pathetic wind-up merchant. Isn't it your bedtime?
I see ROCK AND ROLL is still hanging around like a bad smell. So.. you're a spurs Fan, well go and write about them, instead of leaving the nonsensical banal tripe that you write here. Swansea played the better football today, Pompey have got problems that Adams or the management need to sort out very soon. I'm not really interested in what Saints are doing. I work quite a bit in Southampton and only once has the friendly banter turned a bit nasty. That was when your 'saviour' Harry Redknapp' left Pompey in the S**t, went to Saints, got them relegated, then came back. If an offer comes in from a bigger club(which is most teams in the premier at the moment), he will leave you too.
How did you get on against Man Utd. today? We beat them last year, at Old Trafford. enough said?
Go back to your miserable life and start playing Russian Roulette.
Play up Pompey - please

The first statement remotely intelligent from a portsmouth supporter.
lets hope the chairman gets rid of adams before we get relegated otherwise he will never sell the club. Adams is a W##k#r.
PETER IAM A PROUD SWANSEA JACKS FAN SO WHAT R U TALKING ABOUT NOOBHEAD
YES YOU IDIOT "LAST SEASON" MAN U ARE A GREAT TEAM THAT HAD AN OFF DAY WITH PORTSC"M LAST YEAR. THEY PLAYED WELL TODAY, THAT'S LIFE.......................WHAT'S YOUR TRAMPY EXCUSE, YOU INBRED MUPPET????????????????
ROCK AND ROLL, why don't you concentrate (if you can with a brain the size of a goldfish) on supporting your p*ss poor team, just dumped out by Utd. Even Pompey managed to beat them on their own turf last season.
STOP WHINGEING PORTSC"M FILTH. YOU LOSE YET AGAIN. GOING DOWN TRAMPS..................................UP THE SPURS AND WELL DONE THE SWANS..................
