Jimmy Kebe has finally answered the questions surrounding his future, penning a new contract at Reading.

The Malian winger has signed an extended deal at the Madejski Stadium which will keep him with the Royals until the summer of 2014.

Kebe had attracted the attention of a number of Championship and Premier League clubs after initially stalling on contract talks but the 28-year-old has now committed himself to the Berkshire outfit.

Reading manager Brian McDermott was delighted to secure Kebe's services, telling the club's official website: "I'm thrilled Jimmy has committed his future to Reading.

"He believes in what we are trying to do here and he obviously feels Reading is the right club for him and I am the right manager for him.

"Negotiations have been ongoing for a long time and I am delighted that it has now reached a conclusion which everyone is happy with."
