QPR boss Luigi De Canio has warned rookie striker Angelo Balanta he still has a lot to learn after he registered his first goal for the club.The Colombian-born 17-year-old marked his full home debut with a fine goal in the 1-1 draw with Sheffield United on Saturday to earn special praise from his manager.

"I am pleased for Angelo, he took his goal very well," said De Canio.

"He still has a lot to do. He needs to grow, but he has a great talent."
