Barnsley midfielder Anderson De Silva will have a scan to determine the exact nature and extent of his knee injury. The Brazilian, signed permanently on transfer deadline day following an impressive loan spell, could be sidelined for up to six weeks after sustaining the injury in Saturday's defeat at Norwich.
Assistant manager Ryan Kidd said: "We don't know the extent of Anderson's injury at the moment and he'll be going for a scan.
"It could be a week or it could be six, so we'll have to wait and see. We have to plan to be without him on Tuesday. It's a blow, but we have to get on with it."
