Rotherham manager Mark Robins will make a late decision on the fitness of top-scorer Derek Holmes ahead of the trip to Bradford on Tuesday. The 11-goal striker was substituted midway through the first-half of the Millers' 3-2 home win over Lincoln after suffering an ankle injury.
Holmes may not be risked so Marc Newsham, his replacement against the Imps, could start after impressing Robins following his goal scoring introduction at the weekend.
"I thought Marc Newsham went on and did really well. In fact, he was outstanding and he took his goal really well," said Robins.
"It is about players taking the opportunity when it comes their way and that is why you have a squad."
Ian Ross was handed his first start since January 5 at the weekend and he is expected to keep his place in the side after Robins stated that the former Sheffield United midfielder 'fully justified' his recall with his performance against Lincoln.
