West Brom boss Tony Mowbray insists the Baggies' recent poor run of Championship results is not a cause for panic in the ranks.Albion, Championship leaders at the turn of the month, have slipped to fourth in the table after three defeats in their last five matches.
Mowbray is adamant that another promotion campaign will not be derailed and insists his players are not suffering from fear of repeating last season's slide from the top of the table into the play-offs.
"I am sure nobody will panic. Of course, it is disappointing when you lose football matches but we have all got to stick together - the supporters, the players and everybody involved at the club," said Mowbray.
"We have got to keep believing and have a strong work ethic and ultimately I am sure the quality will come out on top.
"You have got to work extremely hard in every game to get anything out of this league."
