Glennon: We can't be killed off

Tue 25 Mar, 05:00 PM

Huddersfield goalkeeper Matt Glennon feels successive wins over Brighton and Bristol Rovers have reignited their outside play-off chances.Andy Ritchie's side have followed up successive defeats to Hartlepool and Southend with two victories in a row and Glennon believes Saturday's trip to Oldham could prove crucial.

Glennon told the club's official website: "Most of the results went for us and that lingering possibility of making the play-offs just won't go away.

"We just can't be killed off. Our visit to Oldham earlier this season was fantastic, thanks largely to our brilliant support.

"There are not many away-days left this season and with it not being a big journey away, I'm hoping that our fans can build up that atmosphere again.

"A win would send us level with Oldham with a game in hand and it would be interesting to see where we are then."
