Wolves goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey admits he and his team-mates "will feel a sense of failure" if they do not reach the play-offs.Ninth-placed Wanderers are embroiled in a play-off scramble and, despite having a game in hand, trail sixth-placed Plymouth by a point.
A hamstring strain will prevent Hennessey turning out for Wales in midweek but he hopes to be fit in time to face Charlton at the weekend - a game the stopper described as 'massive'.
"It's been a great year for me, but it won't count for much if we don't finish it by making the play-offs again," Hennessey told the Express and Star.
"But it's there for us now - we've just got to get into that top six.
I thought we played really well on Saturday, although we've got to do better in defence."
He added: "These are massive games for us now - Charlton and Bristol City are chasing the same prize but we've got good away form. We've got to believe in ourselves now. But I think all of us will feel a sense of failure if we don't make it into the play-offs now."
