New Mansfield manager Paul Holland insists the Stags can still escape relegation to the Blue Square Premier despite their precarious position.Holland conceded his players were 'not good enough' following the 2-0 defeat at Bury, which leaves the second-bottom Stags seven points adrift of safety with eight games remaining.
"We weren't good enough from start to finish. There's no excuses, it's as simple as that. But I still think that we can get out of trouble," said Holland.
"The lads just didn't listen to instructions again and that's disappointing. I've had a pop at the players, but that's another game less for us now.
"On Saturday (against Grimsby) we didn't deserve to get beat, but here we got exactly what we deserved."
