Lincoln assistant manager Iffy Onuora hailed his 10-man side's character after bouncing back from Saturday's heavy defeat to beat Hereford. The Imps, thrashed 5-2 at Barnet on Saturday, triumphed 2-1 over the promotion-chasing Bulls despite Scott Kerr's straight red card following his reckless challenge on Clint Easton.
Onuora said: "I was really pleased with the response of the players after the defeat at Barnet.
"It was almost as if they were galvanised by the sending off, they were hungry and found an extra yard and held firm after we conceded a goal.
"I don't want to sound like Arsene Wenger, but I could not see if it was a sending off.
"Scott Kerr is disappointed and said a couple of their players said it was a little bit harsh."
