Manager Maurice Malpas expressed concern about Swindon's lack of winning mentality after failing to win for the eighth time in nine games.Malpas, who also confirmed Barry Corr's reoccurring shoulder injury could keep him out for the rest of the season, could only watch on as the Robins produced a lacklustre performance in the 1-0 defeat to Southend.
Simon Francis netted the only goal after 18 minutes.
"We have to do something to get a victory before panic sets in," said Malpas. "We are judged on results and not how well we play.
"It's important we start getting victories because we don't want to get drawn into the bottom.
"With regards to the goal, we should not have allowed the shot but it is frustrating for the fans."
