Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery insists his aim is to emulate the achievements of France legend Zinedine Zidane.France winger Ribery has set the Bundesliga alight in his first season in Germany and is on track to claim a league and cup double.

And he has set his sights on equalling the achievements of his old France team-mate, who won the World Cup and European Championships as well as countless club honours with Juventus and Real Madrid.

Ribery told Welt Online: "He was a great player, perhaps the greatest of all. I will definitely try to achieve in sport what he has achieved."
