Plymouth Argyle boss Paul Sturrock admits he may be forced to delve into the loan market to replace injured midfielder Peter Halmosi.Halmosi is suspended for Saturday's trip to Coventry after being sent off in the 1-1 draw with promotion rivals Watford, where he also sustained the knee injury.
And although Sturrock admits the extent of the injury has yet to be confirmed, he revealed the 28-year-old Hungarian international will certainly miss his country's friendly against Slovenia in Zalaegerszeg on Wednesday.
"We don't know how bad Peter is but knowing our luck - because he is a very influential player - rest assured I will have to go scamper about again getting cover for that position," said Sturrock.
"Peter is a very strong character and I am very hopeful it is not as bad as it first appears."
