Scunthorpe manager Nigel Adkins insists he has "improved 100%" despite their relegation.Last year's League One champions may have managed just one season in the second tier but Adkins insists the experience will prove invaluable next term.
He told the club's official website: "We keep a book of lessons learnt all the way through the season, and I've improved 100% as a manager from the experience I've gained now - that's for sure.
"You want to use that knowledge that has been gained this season to help yourself as an individual, and the football club."
