Bullen wants fond farewell

Lee Bullen admits he is likely to depart Hillsborough in the summer but is desperate to ensure the club are still in the Championship.Bullen, who is expected to play against Leicester in Saturday's relegation six-pointer, was part of the Owls side promoted from League One.

The veteran Scot's contract is unlikely to remain with Brian Laws' side beyong the summer with his contract up come the end of this campaign, but he concedes he would hate to leave the club on such a low note.

He told the Sheffield Star: "I think the majority of people know that my future lies away from this club.

"The last thing I want to do is, having helped the club get promoted to the Championship, play a part in taking the club down."
