West Brom skipper Jonathan Greening admits their impressive recent away form has been a key factor in taking them to the brink of promotion.The Baggies, who face Southampton on Monday evening, currently lead the Championship by two points on the back of three straight away wins and could be promoted this weekend without kicking a ball if results go their way.

"It's massive," Greening told the Express & Star. "If you look at Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea in the Premier League they are favourites in every away game, but there aren't many others.

"In this league if you can win away games then you have a good chance of promotion. We were a bit iffy away early on in the season but we've got stronger."
