Fri 25 Apr, 05:30 PM

Rotherham's future hangs in the balance as the club's administrator remains locked in talks to save the crisis-torn League Two outfit.Jeremy Bleazard, of XL Business Solutions, revealed on Thursday how the financially-crippled club may have to "close immediately" following the withdrawal of offers to buy it.

The Millers are on the brink of extinction after failure to agree a deal to lease their Millmoor ground from its owners, the Booth family.

However, Bleazard will spend the weekend in lengthy discussions with several parties interested in buying the club as he seeks a solution to the crisis.

The club on Friday said they fully expect to fulfil their remaining two fixtures, away to Mansfield on Saturday and at home to Barnet next weekend.
