Shrewsbury manager Paul Simpson hopes to make at least one more signing before the start of the 2008/09 season.The club have already signed Michael Jackson from Blackpool and broke their transfer record with the capture of Grant Holt from Nottingham Forest for £170,000 on Tuesday.

Simpson told BBC Radio Shropshire: "I am hopeful we may get at least one more. I've been really pleased the chairman hasn't insisted players have to go before we can bring anybody else in."
