As a Man U fan I will be sad to see such a talent depart.... But from a Managerial view, it is now necessary for Ronaldo to leave for team morale reasons alone. After publicly revealing his feelings on a possible move... He has damaged Man U's/his bargaining power for the now imminent transfer. He has alienated himself from fans & players... leaving Real the simple task of rescuing him at a reduced rate on the initial figure instead of having to snatch him for mega money. I admire Ronaldo and wish him well, it would have been nice to see him move to (his dream club) while Him & Man U yield the biggest transfer fee to date.
