League One - Carlisle coy on Bishop

Carlisle manager Greg Abbott insists he has not approached Bury about Andy Bishop but is refusing to rule out a move for the striker.

The Cumbrians are in need of a new frontman with Danny Graham, who scored 16 goals last season, out of contract.

Abbott told the News & Star: "You have to be on the ball with players who done okay in their divisions, and we know about Andy Bishop.

"I am not discounting him, but I have not had any conversations with Bury about Andy."
