English champions Leicester have agreed to let French scrum-half Julien Dupuy join Stade Francais and James Grindal has rejoined them from Newcastle.
"Allowing Julien to leave the club is a decision that has not been taken lightly, but he made it clear that, for personal reasons, he wanted to go back to France," head coach Richard Cockerill said.
Dupuy joined Stade Francais for a "substantial fee" after enjoying a successful first season with Leicester which culminated in winning his first caps for France in the two Tests against New Zealand this month.
Grindal, 28, rejoined last season's Heineken Cup finalists after seven years with Newcastle and will compete with England's Harry Ellis for the number nine berth.

Best wishes & thank you to Julien. Very sorry to see him go. Also very sorry to hear he has been replaced by Grindall, losing a good international player & getting a Newcastle also-ran is not exactly entertaining music to my ears!
Thanks for your efforts Julien you will be missed. Wish you all the success available to you unless you are playing us!!!
