Jessica Harrington is keeping an eye on the weather ahead of Jumbajukiba's possible trip to Glorious Goodwood next week.

The five-year-old has already won twice in Group company this season, most recently getting the better of Al Qasi in the Minstrel Stakes at the Curragh.

The Betfair Cup is now on the agenda for the son of Barathea, although fast conditions would scupper his chances of lining up.

"Whether he runs at Goodwood or not depends on the ground," said Harrington.

"If you could get a few thunderstorms over there on Sunday and Monday he would travel, but he does want genuine good ground, not fast."

Harrington was delighted with Jumbajukiba's most recent success and believes her charge is improving with every run.

"We were obviously thrilled with his last run and he seems to be getting better," Harrington told At The Races.

"I have dropped him in trip from a mile to seven furlongs and he seems to be very happy running over that trip.

"If he misses Goodwood, there is a race at Newbury later in the season and one at Deauville so there are plenty of other options."
