World Touring Car Championship stars Joerg Mueller and Andy Priaulx are set to take part in the Petit Le Mans race at Road Atlanta this weekend.

The duo will race two BMW M3 GT2 cars for the Rahal Letterman team.

Priaulx, who makes his first appearance at the event, shares his car with Bill Auberlen and Joey Hand, while Mueller will take shifts with Dirk Mueller - his former European Touring Car Championship and WTCC team-mate - and Tommy Milner.

The two BMWs clocked the fastest times in the GT2 class during qualifying on Friday.

The Muellers and Milner will start from 13th on the overall grid alongside the sister M3 of Priaulx-Auberlen-Hand and ahead of a bunch of Ferraris, Corvettes and Porsches.
