Under-fire Macclesfield boss Keith Alexander will check on the fitness of Nat Brown ahead of his side's home clash with Torquay.
The defender did not train in the early part of the week due to a thigh strain but is expected to be passed fit to face the Gulls.
Alexander could look to ring the changes elsewhere after his side were thumped 4-1 at Chesterfield last weekend.
The Silkmen sit second-bottom in League Two having won just once so far this term and Alexander came in for strong criticism from supporters at Saltergate.
Striker Kyle Wilson is nursing a groin injury sustained in training and could miss out again.
Defender Shaun Hessey is still undergoing rehabilitation for a knee problem and has yet to feature this season.
