Colchester have been handed a potentially awkward trip to non-league Bromley in the first round of this season's FA Cup.
The game will be Bromley's first home FA Cup tie against league opposition for almost 60 years, since they faced Aldershot in 1950.
Aidy Boothroyd will take his side to Kent over the weekend of November 7/8.
