USA's World Cup star Takudzwa Ngwenya will make his Top 14 debut for Biarritz when they face giants Toulouse on Saturday.
Wing Ngwenya (pictured) scored arguably the try of the World Cup when he rounded Springboks speedster Bryan Habana, considered the fastest man in rugby, in the USA's group loss to South Africa.
The Zimbabwe-born flyer will hope to show similar devastating finishing skills against second-placed Toulouse, who are one of only three teams to have won both their opening games.
Biarritz have one win from their two games and although they have the all-important home advantage, they are likely to find the going tough against a Toulouse side that has already beaten Dax and Stade Francais this season.
Stade Francais will be looking to return to winning ways when they host league leaders Bayonne on Friday evening.
Bayonne has two wins to their belt, downing Dax and Brive, but Stade will fancy their chances in Paris after their impressive Heineken Cup demolition of Harlequins last weekend.
The other unbeaten side, Bourgoin, face a difficult trip to Aime-Giral to take on the might of Perpignan, who are still looking for their first league win of the season.
Perpignan are struggling with injuries but will still expect to hand a first defeat to Bourgoin, who scraped home against Montauban and Auch in their first two games.
At the bottom of the table, Dax welcome Auch for a game that is guaranteed to give one of the teams their first win of the season.
