Arsena wished for a permanent captain for years to come. So, young Fabregas, just like young Tony Adams when he was conferred the captaincy, is the right choice. Coupled with his tactfulness and diplomacy in dealing with the press - he would be a great captain.

Cesc is a great player but I think arsene wenger as just made another mistake. He should heve given the armband to Gilberto instead of Gallas - that was a mistake and now he should have given it to Koro Touore rather than Cesc.
