Stuttgart have signed teenage striker Sven Schipplock from Regional League outfit SSV Reutlingen.The 19-year-old has signed a deal with the defending Bundesliga champions until June 2011 after impressing in a recent friendly against them.

Stuttgart's sporting director Horst Heldt told the club's official website: "Sven Schipplock is a young, talented player who had attracted the interest of many clubs.

"We are happy that he has opted for a transfer to VfB and are convinced that he can make his way in Stuttgart."

Schipplock has scored eight goals in 19 appearances for Reutlingen so far this season.
