The West Yorkshire derby between Castleford and Wakefield will kick off the Magic Weekend at Manchester's Etihad Stadium.
For the sixth successive year, a full round of Stobart Super League fixtures will be held at the same venue, with three matches on Saturday, May 26, and four the following day.
The opening day action continues with Widnes against Warrington at 4pm, followed by the Hull derby at 7pm.
Sunday's four-match programme will start with Catalan Dragons' clash with London Broncos at noon, followed two hours later by the Huddersfield-Salford match.
Champions Leeds take on Bradford at 4pm, with Wigan and St Helens rounding off the weekend at 6pm.
