AFC Wimbledon have signed striker Jason Prior from non-league Bognor Regis.
The 23-year-old, who recently had a trial with Newcastle, has agreed a two-and-a-half year contract at Kingsmeadow and could make his debut against Aldershot on Saturday.
"Having watched Jason on four different occasions when he scored in every game, I can assure you we have brought a prolific goalscorer into the club," manager Terry Brown told the Dons' official website.
"Jason is very powerful in the air, a good hold-up player and the most important box he ticked was his ability to take chances in and around the box as his record of nearly 100 goals in about 120 games shows.
"I am really pleased that he chose us ahead of other Football League clubs and barring injury he will go straight into the squad on Saturday."

...CORRECTION.
Just seen him on youtube...make that 2 years on loan before being sold to Eastbourne for an "Undisclosed fee"
Excuse if I'm not overwhelmed with excitement. He has to make a jump of five divisions and now contend with big physical defenders rather than part-time postmen. It's the same as Sunderland signing a Conference striker. He may make it, but if I was a gambling man I'd bet come September, he's on loan to a conference south club.
Very similar to Jon Main. Broke the conference south scoring record but couldn't live with defences just one division up.
Fingers crossed I'm completely wrong and he bags twenty...let's see what you can do Jason!
