New signing Robbie Rogers could make his Leeds debut in next Tuesday's home league clash with Birmingham.
The 24-year-old USA international, who has signed an 18-month deal with Leeds after his release from Major League Soccer side Columbus Crew in December, required special dispensation when successfully applying for a work permit last week and has now received a visa and international clearance.
Rogers featured in a behind-closed-doors friendly with Newcastle last week but missed out on this week's reserve-team game against Celtic as he completed all of the paperwork back home in America.
The winger, who has appeared twice for the USA, will now rejoin his new team-mates for training and is expected to start on the bench against Birmingham.

well the whole thing is stupid, ok i hope he becomes a great player for us. the main trouble is we get talent let it go don't replace with as good or better. we are going around in circles. when are we going to change and seriously challenge for the premiership? not while ken bates is there. we need an investor with balls and commitment to take us to the top level once more.
I hope the East Stand give him time to settle in before expecting too much of him. I still have my doubts about our midfield. I would have liked to have seen at least one proven signing up front as well as two in midfield. I think the defence is looking better with Tom Lees in it and he is showing real signs of becoming a solid centre of defence. The real question is will Grayson survive another season without promotion to the Premiership if, as looks at the moment, we just miss out again?
he better be good because with 1 day left theres not much action, just the same old B/S from the ground about we are lookinhopeing to bring someone in
looks like he might be pretty good; and he's young too.
check his own website and youtube. Looks classy.
Talking about Davide Somma, anyone know when hes due back?
is he any good although on wikipedia this is his resume?.
