Slade targets O's progress

Leyton Orient boss Russell Slade wants his side to build upon last weekend's impressive display at Preston when they host Colchester on Saturday.

The upwardly mobile O's moved into the top half of the npower League One table for the first time this season on the back of their 2-0 victory at Deepdale.

"We put in an impressive away performance and it put us halfway up the table," said Slade.

"If we can build on it and put a run together then who knows where it could take us?

"There are a lot of points to play for and hopefully we can push on because we have improved remarkably from earlier in the season."
