Tottenham assistant boss Kevin Bond is confident Harry Redknapp's trial will not affect the club's preparation for Friday's FA Cup game against Watford.
Redknapp has not been able to take a training session this week as he has been at Southwark Crown Court contesting two counts of cheating the public revenue.
The 64-year-old will return to the dugout when he takes charge of the fourth-round clash at Vicarage Road.
Bond, who has been organising the club's training sessions along with coaches Clive Allen and Joe Jordan this week, reckons the manager's absence has had little impact on the club and is confident the players will be able to perform well.
"Clearly the manager is not here but very little (has changed) really," Bond told a news conference. "The training carries on pretty much as normal and everybody has been getting on with things as normal so there's not really a lot of difference except obviously Harry is not here during the day.
"We had a similar scenario a few weeks ago when Harry had a small (heart) procedure done and he wasn't here for a week or so leading up to the Fulham game."

What a way to rubbish your manager? Telling the management you can do without him? No matter what, Harry is a good manager and if he's not there at least respect his absence.
the team will say good bye to him before he does his porridge.
win it for harry boys
