Tue 26 Feb, 02:45 PM

New Coventry boss Chris Coleman believes four more wins will be enough to keep the Sky Blues in the Championship this season. The former Fulham boss wants to see his side "improve a little bit every game" after they moved five points clear of relegation on Saturday with 2-0 victory over Leicester in his his first game in charge.

With the Sky Blues now on 39 points, Coleman reiterated their need to notch up four more wins to get them past the 50 point mark, which the Welshman believes should ensure their safety.

He told the club's official website: "Before Saturday, I said that we wanted five wins - 15 points. That would take us up to that magical 50 points. I think that should be enough.

"We've got one win which is great and now we can't dwell on the Leicester game. It great and good for confidence but we have to look ahead. The most important game is the next one.

"We still know that we're in a tricky situation but we need to keep doing what we did on Saturday and improve a little bit every game."
