Defender Austin McCann insists he will continue to "give everything" for Notts County despite agreeing to join Dunfermline in the summer. The 28-year-old full-back is set to sign for the Scottish First Division side when his contract at Meadow Lane expires in May, but insists he will give 100% for the Magpies whenever boss Ian McParland selects him.
He told the club's official website: "The manager has told me I will still be involved in things, but I think with Paul Mayo and Hunty (Stephen Hunt) under contract for next season I might not get too many games.
"However, the manager has told me I'll be in and around the squad.
"I'm happy with the fact I'll be involved though and I'll keep myself fit and I want to assure the fans I'll give everything I can when called upon.
"Until the end of the season, I am not thinking about anything else but playing for Notts County."
