Tue 26 Feb, 05:15 PM

Huddersfield captain Jon Worthington has suffered another injury setback and been ruled out for up to four weeks with damaged ankle ligaments. The 24-year-old sustained the injury in last Saturday's defeat at Gillingham - his first match back following a hamstring strain which had sidelined him for three matches.

Worthington required surgery in Germany to resolve a long-standing groin/hernia problem earlier in the season and was out of action for almost four months.

The midfielder has started only 11 games for Andy Ritchie's first team this season and has appeared as substitute in five others.
