French Test forward David Ferriol has been handed a two-match ban, after being found guilty by the Rugby Football League's disciplinary panel of a dangerous throw.
The Catalans Dragons prop, referred by the match review panel for the 'spear' tackle in his side's 34-6 defeat by Leeds last Friday, was also fined £300 and will miss the Perpignan club's matches against Warrington on Sunday and Bradford the following week.
Wigan second rower Phil Bailey will miss Saturday's home game against Bradford, after being handed a one-match ban and a £300 fine for a similar offence during the Warriors' 24-22 defeat at Hull.
Hull KR utility player Stanley Gene was found guilty of a reckless high tackle in his side's 29-28 home defeat by Warrington and banned for one game and fined £300.
