Ipswich striker Pablo Counago will sit out the next three Championship matches after losing his appeal against his red card.Counago was dismissed by referee Iain Williamson for violent conduct after an altercation with Scunthorpe's Jack Cork in Saturday's 2-1 win at Glanford Park.
He was also accused of spitting in the face of Andy Butler.
The FA disciplinary panel rejected the claim that the card was undeserved, and the Spaniard will now miss Town's matches against QPR, Colchester and Cardiff.
