Nottingham Forest manager Colin Calderwood could make another loan signing before Thursday's deadline to assist in their promotion bid.The Reds signed goalkeeper Dimitrios Konstantopoulos on loan from Coventry this week until the end of the season but Calderwood, who confirmed Will Hoskins remains sidelined, revealed the new arrivals may not end there.
"Will is still not fit and we have always been aware that this might be the case, so we have kept an eye on the situation," Calderwood told the Nottingham Evening Post.
"We might look at bringing one more player in, perhaps somebody who can play in a number of positions. We just need to make sure we have cover. I am not sure we are in desperate need but what we don't want is to pick up two or three injuries."
However, Calderwood is confident he has enough quality in his squad should any deals fail to materialise: "We have seen what Garath McCleary can do, we have seen what Mark Byrne can do and we have seen what Emile Sinclair can do again," he added.
"What I see in these players is that they have got a chance. I am not just saying that because it is the right thing to say, because it is what people want to hear. If I didn't think it was right for the club, I would probably have gone out to look for players before now."
