Luton manager Mick Harford believes Ryan Charles, one of the few positives in an otherwise dismal season, has all the makings of "a good pro".The 18-year-old striker made his senior debut earlier this month and has since made four more appearances and Harford has high hopes for the teenager.

"Ryan's a threat," said Harford. "He's enthusiastic and his enthusiasm is never ending and that puts defenders under pressure.

"He's our new baby and hopefully he will make a good pro. His attitude has been spot on and he's a breath of fresh air."
