Keep track of all the ups and downs throughout the Championship, League One and League Two after the penultimate weekend of the season.
CHAMPIONSHIP
Up: None
Down: Colchester, Scunthorpe
West Bromwich Albion will guarantee automatic promotion with a win against Southampton on Monday but a point will almost certainly do thanks to their excellent goal difference.
Hull City's dramatic win against Crystal Palace means they can still deny Stoke City a place in the top flight if they win their final game and the Potters lose.
Hull and Bristol City are safely installed in the playoffs, while Watford and Crystal Palace hold the other two places. However, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Ipswich Town and Sheffield United could all oust them if they slip up on the final day.
Sheffield Wednesday put Leicester City in deep relegation trouble with their win at the Walker's Stadium but it is Southampton who are still favourites to join Scunthorpe and Colchester in League One.
The Saints have a game in hand on Monday, but it is against the leaders West Brom. Coventry City and Blackpool are not out of the woods yet, but Barnsley and Norwich City are safe.
LEAGUE ONE
Up: Swansea City
Down: Luton Towm, Port Vale
Swansea City are already up as Champions, but three clubs are still in the hunt for the second automatic position.
Carlisle's failure to beat Millwall means they slip a point behind Doncaster Rovers, who have 80. Nottingham Forest are also one point back.
Southend United and Leeds United complete the playoff picture, a situation that will not change unless Leeds' points penalty is reduced - or even increased - on appeal.
Luton Town and Port Vale are long gone at the wrong end of the table, and Bournemouth and Gillingham look likely to join them.
If Cheltenham fail to match Gillingham's final result they will go down, while there is still a very slim chance that Crewe Alexandra could drop. Millwall are now safe after thrashing Carlisle.
LEAGUE TWO
Up: MK Dons, Peterborough United, Hereford United
Down: Wrexham
It has been a red-letter season for nondescript areas of the Midlands, with MK Dons and Peterborough United having easily won promotion as champions and runners-up. Hereford United join them after a 3-0 win at Brentford.
The playoff picture is also done and dusted, with Rochdale, Stockport County, Darlington and Wycombe Wanderers ready to do battle.
Wrexham's relegation out of the football league was rubber-stamped with a loss at home to Accrington Stanley, while Mansfield are set to join them.
Chester City have a game in hand and a point in either of their remaining fixtures will send the Stags down.
