Carlisle youth boss Eric Kinder has revealed his desire to create a first-team of homegrown players after signing a three-year contract.Kinder, who signed a new contract at Brunton Park on Saturday, has guided the youth team to the quarter-finals of this season's youth cup and is confident he can tap into the "massive" potential in local talent.
"There is massive potential here to get Cumbrian players in but it's not easy," Kinder told the News and Star.
"The aim is to get as many homegrown players to the club as possible - that would be the dream. It won't be easy, but my hope is that in three years, we could have five or six Cumbrians playing in the first-team."
